implemented 'MoveN' and 'ClickN' support in keys file.
the hardcoded 'OnTitlebar Mouse1 :Raise' (see Window.cc, FluxboxWindow::buttonPressEvent())
is disabled for now, should be added to fluxbox-update_configs
